We bring authentic Spanish paella to your home, cooked live over open flame in imported pans. Your guests gather around the fire, watch the process, fight over the socarrat (the crispy bottom everyone wants), and talk about this night for years.
Choose your style: seafood, Valenciana, chorizo, or vegetarian. We handle groceries, setup, cooking, and cleanup. You handle pouring drinks and taking credit.
Pricing is $78 per person for groups of 10+. For smaller gatherings (6-9 guests), there’s a $600 flat rate to cover our overhead.
