Short version: we collect what we need to cook your food and get it to your door, and we do not sell it to anyone.
When you contact us or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, service or delivery address, order and event details, and any notes you give us. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and are never stored by us.
To answer your inquiry, quote and schedule your service, cook and deliver your food, and send you confirmations and updates.
If you opt in to marketing messages, we also use your email and phone number to send occasional news about menus and services. You can unsubscribe from email at any time, or reply STOP to any text message.
Transactional messages about a service you have booked, such as confirmations and delivery windows, are sent regardless of marketing consent.
We share your information with the service providers we use to run the business: our customer platform, our payment processor, and our email and text messaging providers. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where required by law.
Our site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These place cookies in your browser and send limited information about your visit to Google and Meta, which we use to understand how people find the site and to measure our advertising.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics.
We keep client and order records as long as needed to run the business and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@livegreenspdx.com and we will take care of it.
