Menus, pricing and availability shown on this site are current as of posting and can change.
Pricing shown on the site is a starting point. A quote becomes a booking when we confirm it in writing and payment or a deposit is received.
Service minimums apply. In-home private dining carries a minimum per event regardless of guest count. Catering is priced per person on tiers based on guest count. Current figures are provided in your quote.
We accept debit and credit card payments through digital invoice only. We do not accept Zelle, Venmo, cash app or other peer-to-peer payment methods.
A signed service agreement and a deposit are both required to reserve your event date. The deposit is non-refundable.
Your remaining balance, final menu selections and final guest count are due no later than seven days before the event.
Cancellations within seven days of the event require full payment.
If you need to move your date rather than cancel, we will apply your deposit to a new date once, with at least fourteen days notice, provided we have that date available.
These are the headline terms. Your signed service agreement is the binding document and governs your event.
Once you have signed a service agreement with us, that agreement governs your event, including on-site hours, rentals, kitchen access, alcohol service, outdoor conditions and anything else specific to the booking. These website terms cover general use of this site and anything the agreement does not address.
Cooking around dietary restrictions is a core part of what we do. For our custom service lines — personal chef, private dining and catering — tell us about any allergies or restrictions when you book and we will build the menu around them.
Seasonal holiday feast menus are the exception. Those are fixed set menus, cooked in a single production run, with no substitutions or modifications. The allergens present in each holiday menu are listed on that menu's order page.
While we take cross-contamination seriously and cook gluten-free menus in a gluten-free kitchen, we cannot guarantee a facility is free of every allergen. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, talk to us before you book so we can tell you honestly whether we can serve you safely.
Food we deliver chilled should be refrigerated on arrival and reheated according to the instructions provided. Once food has been delivered and left in your care, its handling and storage are your responsibility.
We sometimes photograph the food we make for our own marketing. We do not photograph clients, guests or the interiors of private homes without asking first.
