How It Works
Every week follows the same structured process so nothing gets missed and you never have to chase anyone for anything.

72 hours before service
Menu proposal sent
Your chef sends a proposed menu for the week by 9am. Built around your preferences, dietary needs, and what’s in season. You have 24 hours to approve, request changes, or swap anything out.

48 hours before service
Grocery list delivered
Once the menu is confirmed, the finalized grocery list is sent by 5pm. Confirm what you already have on hand by 5pm the day before service. If we don’t hear back, we shop the full list.

Service day
Chef arrives, cooks, cleans
Your chef arrives, shops if needed, cooks everything from scratch in your kitchen, portions and labels every meal, and leaves your kitchen spotless. You don’t need to be home.

After service
Grocery invoice sent
Grocery costs are invoiced separately at exact cost after each service. No markup. No surprises. Just a clean line-item invoice for what was purchased.

Your chef learns your household’s preferences, portion preferences, and flavor profile over time. The menus get sharper, the meals hit closer to exactly what you want, and the whole rhythm becomes effortless.
Kitchen Prep
We handle everything in the kitchen. but we do need it set up for us. Here’s what makes service day run smoothly:
Clear countertops and an empty sink so we have full workspace
Empty dishwasher so we can run it during or after service
Fridge space -- half a shelf for 10–12 meals, a full shelf or more for 15+ meals
Glass containers with locking lids -- you provide these. We strongly recommend glass over plastic. We do not supply containers.
Pets out of the kitchen during service for safety and sanitation
You don’t need to be home. Most clients aren’t. Leave a key, access code, or unlocked door.

Dietary Expertise
We don’t adapt a standard menu around your dietary needs. We build the entire menu from them. This isn’t a feature we added. it’s the reason this business exists. Our founder’s mother was diagnosed with celiac disease 30 years ago. Dietary restrictions have been the foundation of everything we do since day one.
